Gita is a great way to improve EQ, but it's not easy to understand. That's why we created Gita for Children: a course that makes the wisdom of the Gita accessible and fun for kids of all ages.

what parents ar saying

Shaurya, 7 year old

Let me extend my heart felt congratulations to both of you and lots of gratitude for bringing this wonderful course to us.
We can't emphasize enough the importance  of EQ in today's age where stress is a common word used in everyday life across all age groups.
What makes this course stand apart from any other course are two main things :
The first one being the fact that it's roots lie in the Bhagwad Geeta which is the eternal wisdom.
The second one is that you have taken the wisdom one step ahead and empowered these little citizens of the future with Hands- On tools to deal with the emotions that they've learnt to identify and encounter with awareness.

So thank you once again on behalf of all the parents.

- Punita

Kashvi , 11 year old

Kashvi is enjoying the classes. The stories and activities are very interesting. Earlier I thought that she would not be interested in the sessions but to my pleasant surprise she is looking forward to the sessions and she does all the sessions on her own.

- Charul

Anika , 6 year old

Hello teachers, special compliments for a very well designed curriculum. Anika enjoyed a lot and learnt a lot. What i liked about the course the most is how you taught kids to recognise their feelings and then deal with them accordingly

- Nikita

Viaan , 8 year old

viaan is thoroughly enjoying the classes . Since I am a working woman so he is doing it all by himself. He is daily very excited for the class and after the class comes to me and shares what all happened and asks to click picture and share it .

- Rajni

Laksha , 10 year old

I am very happy to see laksha taking interest in the activities. His shouting will also reduce with practice. In today's class he made the whole thing and was super happy that scream box was working well.

- Pooja

Ananya is finding it interesting and I guess by the end of the session she will be thorough of EQ knowledge.

  • Why do I need to focus on giving Sex Ed to my child? Shouldn't it be the school's job?
School is a great place to provide well researched biological facts to your child. Schools can also teach about other aspects like consent, respect & much more. However, you are the constant in your child's life. Whenever your child faces any confusion, dilemma or problem related to relationships, boundaries or anything else; you would want your children to feel comfortable to come to you rather than looking for answers at unreliable places like peers or internet. For your child to feel comfortable to come to you with such issues, it is important for us as parents to initiate the conversation.
  • Isn't a 3 year old too young to have such talks?
Sex-Ed is not just about body & reproduction. It goes much deeper & includes body safety, healthy relationships, healthy boundaries, respect for diversity & much more. By the age of 3 children should be well aware of private body parts, knowing the correct names for these parts & being aware of safe & unsafe touches. A 3 year old starts venturing out in the world, the child should know about their trust circle. Sex-Ed should start latest by the age of 3.
  • If I talk about Sex with my child, it will push my child into having more thoughts & questions about it.
Researchers say that children who have been given Sex-Ed make better & safe decisions. Your child will be curious about their body, the body of the opposite gender & many more things. It would be better to answer these questions rather than peers or porn. Before your child's friend say to your child, "You show me yours, I'll show you mine," & your child agrees to it, or even worse, an adult says this to your child; it would be better that you have already spoken with your child about it & taught them about body safety & privacy.
  • What age group is the curriculum suitable for?
The curriculum is designed primarily for children and teens, but many principles can be adapted for adult learning as well. The focus is on making the lessons relatable and practical for different age groups.
