One good thing... yesterday when my daughter was playing with food. instead of getting angry I actually made an effort to take a pause. Maybe this was one time I succeeded but it has given me the confidence of responding better to her.

Thank you Swati for the amazing exercises and the session. In our busy lives we forget how much difference simple gestures can make. Your techniques do not take much time & has long lasting effects

Its like we know all these things but the way you relate it with everyday examples. Like when you said that you cant cool down a glass hot water by adding more hot water. So you can't calm down your child by screaming at them. This was the moment for me. I can feel something has changed.

It was a wonderful event. Swati has given wonderful examples and food for thought. I would love to learn more on development of my kids.

I realised how my anger is affecting my daughter and I will now be aware and try to work towards anger management.

I could feel a distance growing between me and my son. I understood and started working on my anger. I am writing this feedback today as he hugged me in the morning and I felt so good. Thank you for bridging this gap.

A simple explanation to my question has solved such a big problem. I could see how making empty promises is fueling my son's anger. I would recommend all parents to do this workshop.
